In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Sidewalk Designer
I'm guessing Spirograph is trade marked...but I think they could've spent a bit more time on the name. Still, I'd invest $4.95 in a Sidewalk Designer.
