In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Did You Guess Correctly?
Yesterday I posted this picture without telling you what you were looking at. If you guessed a butterfly egg on a vine, good job! Here's the link to the photo by Martin Oeggerli was showcased in National Geographic's series on insect eggs.
I never really thought of butterflies laying eggs. I've thought more about the change from caterpillar to butterfly. But when I was looking at the pic, I was thinking of some cactus fruit thing. Really cool.
