In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!
Pretty impressive. On the one hand, it mostly looks doable. Must have the dramatic music, of course. On the other hand it must have taken forever to do all of the stop action photography.
