In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Ketchup Cup Tutorial
Just learned this from the *brilliant* folks at Nerdalicious. Seems the cups were designed to be FLARED around the edges (just pull lightly) and you'll get even more condiments per cup. No more balancing 17 cups! It'll be cut down to, um...13?
