In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Mike Senna's WALL-E
This is Mike. He makes sick kids smile when he and his robots stop by their hospital rooms. He's rebuilt an R2-D2 and WALL-E. I think Mike is amazing.

Oh man! He's so good. I think that Craig should have him on the show to see if he can fix Geoff up with more moving parts. lol
