In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

MIT: Playing Tetris ... on a Building!
April 20, 2012 MIT kids made the Green Building on campus into a gigantic TETRIS screen. Thanks for reassuring the rest of us that Glee will continue after our generation is too tired.
While I was watching, at one point I saw that they put a piece at and "inconvenient" spot, and I said, "Man, you're screwed." I was actually playing along, forgetting that it was on the side of a building.
