In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Mural for the Records!
With a million coffee beans in his mural Arkady Kim entered the record books! It took him 12 days to roast and glue the beans to a wall in Moscow. (Anyone going to see it: take a sniff for me & report back----does it smell nummy?)
