In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Crow roof tubing (Ворона катается с крыши)

LOL How great to have wings to have a controlled slide down the "hill." Birds at my dorm regularly stood on the edge of the roof and would dive down like in an Ester Williams synchronized swim team. Then, they fly back up and do it over and over. Birds certainly like their recreation. :)
