In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

These 5th graders deserved to win their school's talent show. And I need to go to summer camp somewhere so I can have my own Air Swimming team!
