In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!
Every kid needs this. Every mom of small kids needs this. And you should give this girl the accolades she deserves for creating something the world has needed for generations!
