In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Father goes into baby crib!
It's funny cuz I've been there...dont' judge me: sleep deprivation calls for desperate measures!
As soon as he started climbing in I knew that he should have brought a pillow for himself. There was no way that baby was letting him leave. Here's the funny part. At no time did I notice that the baby was actually asleep. She just wanted her daddy with her. :)
