In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!

Sesame Street: Geometry of Circles
Happy Pie Day, Math Geeks! To be honest, it's the only mathematical concept I enjoyed and it had nothing to do with it's numerical connotation.
