In music to "ritard" is to gradually slow the tempo. It works in life, too: do something wickedly wonderful that makes everything stop til you get yourself together. Laugh yourself silly and drag others along with you!
2) To embed a Vimeo video, click on the "Edit HTML" tab just above the text icons on the right. Paste code. Voila.
Note: When you go back to the "Compose" tab, it won't look like there's anything there, but if you click "Preview," 2 to the right of the "Post" button, you'll see it. When you post for real, it will work. Good luck!
